KSHUTTLE endeavors to provide users with reliable and verified information and tools. However, KSHUTTLE is not liable for unavailable information or any viruses or malware on the Site.

Protection of Personal Data:
In compliance with current regulations, KSHUTTLE implements the processing of personal data. This data is intended for authorized KSHUTTLE personnel, the Publisher, and its subcontractors.
Users have the right to object, limit, access, rectify, transfer, and delete their data. They can also provide posthumous instructions for their data.

Intellectual Property:
The Publisher owns all intellectual property rights for the Site and its components. Unauthorized representation of the Site or any part of it is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The databases on the site are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Unauthorized extraction or reuse of the database content is punishable.
Trademarks and logos on the site are either registered by KSHUTTLE or third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use of these trademarks is prohibited and can lead to liability under articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
